Meet Pam

I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge about growing a real estate portfolio and building wealth alongside others, because women with financial security have more choices, louder voices and will change the trajectory of their own life, their family’s and maybe even their community. As a mom, wife, and entrepreneur myself, equipping others with this knowledge is what drives me.

Having worked traditional, corporate, well paying, secure jobs for years, my husband and I were on our way to providing a ‘good enough’ life for our family. But I knew that I wanted to build a bigger life for our girls, creating financial freedom, not only for us but other families.

We live outside of Vancouver BC, a market that has seen insane appreciation year after year. That growth has made homeownership an enormous struggle for most households. We started Village Co Investing as a powerful tool to help people get their foot in the door. 

 

How?

By bringing people like yourself together with others who are looking to invest but may be facing the same challenges, to be able to buy a rental property, hold it for a period of time, and then sell it so you can use the proceeds as you choose.

Investing in real estate on your own can have a lot of barriers such as a large down payment, lack of knowledge, lack of time, and market risk. Investing with us as a team reduces all of those hurdles and allows you to own real estate, receive monthly cash flow, and capture market appreciation. Because let's face it, owning 25% of a cash flowing and appreciating asset is better than owning 100% of nothing.
